The premium services of BFS are available on request to facilitate both arrival and departure formalities. For
departing passengers, our premium airport service agent provides assistance from the curbside, check-in area in the
Passenger Terminal to aircraft departure gate. For arriving passengers from the aircraft arrival gate to the
passenger’s ground transportation.
Premium Pick up Service
► Arrival
BFS Premium Airport Service agent meets our guest at the arrival gate with welcome signboard. With or without
electric cart, our agent takes the guest to the immigration via special pre-arranged channel and assists them through
the process. At the baggage reclaim area, BFS assists our guest through customs and onward to the arrival curbside
and to their ground transportation.
For transit/transfer passenger, we escort our guests to appropriate transfer area and onward to the boarding gate or
the premium lounge for passengers travelling in premium class.
► Departure
The guest is met at departure level Door 6 curbside entrance by our agent with welcome signboard. The agent
accompanies our guest to check-in counter and assists with the check-in process. After check-in, our guest is
assisted through immigration formalities and onward to the boarding gate, or to premium lounge.
Premium Lounge Service
BFS Premium Airport Services offer over 600 sq. m. premium lounge with comfortable seating, complemented with
light refreshment, fresh fruit, both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. To ease the stress of long flights, our lounge is
also equipped with shower facilities and massage chairs. Internet Wi-Fi connection, newspapers and magazines in
various languages are also available to all lounge guests.
24 Hours Limousine Service provided by AOT (Airport of Thailand)
AOT Limousine service is available upon your request, please inform our agent to assist you when you arrive at the airport.
