Bangkok Flight Services (BFS) offer full passenger, ramp and cargo handling services at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport for all types of aircraft, from private charters to full service mainline carriers, including A380 capability. BFS currently employs 3,400 staffs who are committed to delivering the highest quality aviation services and maximising our airline customer satisfaction through timely performance and delivery of superior service standards.

The selection criteria comply with the know-how and expertise of the aviation industry as well as the standard of the internationally renowned and most prestigious leading hotels such as the Oriental, the Four Seasons and other market leaders in service
industry.

BFS provides manpower that is dedicated to the airline thus enabling staff to gain an excellent knowledge in the airline products, services and procedures. BFS can carry out all functions including, pre-flight, post-flight, and back office and ticketing duties as required.

On the ramp, our people and equipment are dedicated to providing rapid turnaround times in the safest and most secure manner. All of our staff undergo rigorous training in all areas including DGR and staff are licensed to operate specific pieces of GSE after extensive training.

BFS have a centralized Load Control and Flight Operations Centre located in our 2,300 sq m ramp office at ramp level on Concourse E at the airport fully equipped with all necessary communications equipment including VHF. All of our equipment and facilities were purchased or built for the airport opening in September of last year so our fleet of GSE is very new and we utilize towbarless tractors. BFS
maintains all of our own GSE in our 8,000 sq m maintenance workshop and we can undertake every type of GSE maintenance including engine replacement. Our facility is equipped with a wash booth and a paint booth to ensure our equipment is kept in good condition and we have a rigorous preventive maintenance program in place.

BFS 55,000 sq m cargo terminal is state of the art and offers all of the facilities you could require for handling all types of cargo including 16,000 m3 of variable
temperature coldrooms, semi-automated ETV for safe pallet handling, 135 colour, digital CCTV cameras monitored 24/7, VAL vault, separate DGR room, air-conditioned AVI facilities, elevating build break positions, mobile pallet handling equipment, access control system and security guards.
Specialist handling of high-value goods, outsized cargoes, dangerous goods, radioactive goods and live animals is also provided. Our staff are highly experienced and motivated with many years of aviation experience amongst them.
