Through excellent teamwork, we provide safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective ramp services. Our highly trained staff have strong experience with a wide range of aircraft to ensure total customer satisfaction in all areas of our operations.

From the moment an aircraft is marshalled to the gate until its push-back at departure, our teams are well equipped to handle both the usual and the extraordinary challenges that come with every flight operation. We provide multiple full sets of wide-body and narrow-body brand new equipment comprising over 700 pieces of GSE equipment from proven and respected manufacturers to service a wide variety of aircraft including the 380.

With a well-maintained fleet of vehicles and ground support equipment, our GSE maintenance facility provides full support to our operations. Comprising over 9,000 sq.m. of workshop area, over 3,000 sq.m. of office space and 3,000 sq.m. of parking for ground service equipment. All areas are fully secured and protected by digital CCTV and access control systems. The facility provides for preventive, routine, unplanned and heavy maintenance for all of our ground service equipment. A double-sized paint booth and vehicle wash bay ensure that the equipment
continuously looks professional and clean throughout its lifespan with 5 vehicle repair bays with pits, including 2 full-size 20 m. bays.

Facility Specification

Apart from the main GSE maintenance facility at the company’s general office; BFS also maintain several other offices and area for ramp operation purposes including:
      • Ramp Office – international flights (3,111 m2) on ramp level of Concourse E
      (E5) where day to day of international flight operations including station
      control, flight operations, load control and weight balance, and crew service
      are being managed in the area.
      • Domestic Ramp Office – domestic flights (500 m2) at Concourse C (C7), ramp
      level is the center for BFS domestic operations.
      • Baggage Sortation Office (105 m2) at the basement level of Concourse D
      • GSE Remote Office (4,000 m2) on the opposite side of Concourse G is to park
      GSE vehicles and conduct light GSE maintenance work.
      • The ULD storage area (2212.50 m2) is located between Concourse C and D.
      • 3 Staging areas on ramp including
      • Opposite of Concourse A (2,250 m2)
