Reference: ‘Customer Compliment’ 08th June 2010 Dear All Re: Bangkok I am delighted to say that I have received a compliment through ba.com/welldone from Mr. KT commenting on the outstanding customer service they received from you on 23rd May 2010 whilst travelling. Their comments included: “I was on the BA0010 from Bangkok to London leaving 00:20 on 23rd May. After waiting for over 2 hours on the runway for a storm to pass we then had an engine fire which prevented us from flying. BA had to put all passengers in a hotel for the night in Bangkok and arrange alternative travel. I was incredibly impressed with the way BA dealt with the challenge.
