BFS Ground Received the “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015” Award

Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co.,Ltd. (BFS Ground) was selected as one of the winners of the “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015”.

On Friday 18, March 2015, Airport of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), Mr. Noppadol Mongkolsin, the Deputy General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport (Business Support Group) invited Mr. Robert Ruesz, General Manager Sales and Ground Services of BFS to receive the award.

In addition, Ms.Pimonrat Rattanasingha, Passenger Service Supervisor of BFS also received the “Bronze Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015” as individual category.

The awards aimed to honor both the front line staff and the companies that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and outstanding performances during the period of 1 January – 31 December 2015.

Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co., Ltd. received the Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015 and was recognized for “The contribution to the improvement of passenger service” with the launch of the Customer 1st 2015 campaign and the new passenger service uniform. Additionally, the considerable investment in new and additional ramp equipment as well as the development of a Real Time performance was recognized under the criteria of “Quality development and improvement”. For the category “Support and cooperation with AOT” rewarded the project that led to the acceptance of Wireless Hand-Held Technology (HHT) for the ramp operations was rewarded.

This Corporate Service Excellence Award highlights BFS’s dedication and contribution to the continuous improvement of the service standards at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
