BFS Ground Received the “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2016” and the “Innovative Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2016”

Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co.,Ltd. (BFS Ground) was awarded the “Corporate Service Excellence 2016” for third consecutive years. This year BFS was additionally rewarded with the “Innovative Service Excellence 2016″.

On Friday 28, April 2017, Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Chairman of Airport of Thailand Public Company Limited invited Mr. Robert Ruesz, General Manager Sales and Ground Services of BFS to receive the awards.

The awards are an honor to both the front line staff and the management of the companies that have demonstrated exceptional and outstanding customer service during the period of 1 January – 31 December 2016.

Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co., Ltd. was recognized for the contribution to the improvement of passenger services with the launch of the iPort Departure Control System – a new check-in system, and the launch of the”Safety on Time” campaign. Additionally, BFS was recognized for the considerable investment in new and additional ramp equipment and technology including the development of Wireless Hand-Held Technology (HHT) for the ramp operations development and improvement.

This Corporate and Innovative Service Excellence Awards highlights BFS’s dedication and contribution to the continuous improvement of service standards at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
