Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Policy

Bangkok Flight Services has a commitment to implement Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management Systems to promote and enhance a qualitative, safe and secure environment for all of our employees. Our Management and employees will ensure our operations comply with the following Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Policy:

  1. It is every individual’s responsibility to ensure consistency of the Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management standards of the Company are upheld at all times.
  2. Company promotes a “Just Culture” in which individuals who promptly report near miss events, incidents and accidents will not be subject to punishment or disciplinary action, provided the occurrence did not stem from wilful misconduct, negligence or an illegal act.
  3. Company shall support implementation plan for Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management Systems to ensure safe operations of Ground Services.
  4. Company has commitment to support safety tools and personal protective equipment for reducing and preventing injuries, illnesses, loss of life and property damages.
  5. Company shall comply with national laws, regulations, customers’ requirements and international standards which are concerned with Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management.
  6. All employees shall be advised and trained on Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management programs.
  7. All employees have the right and obligation to report all near miss events, incidents and accidents.
  8. Company also promotes anonymous reporting for the purpose of identifying root causes in events that lead to personal injury or property damage. Each department is responsible for increasing spontaneous hazard reports by 50% year on year.
  9. All employees are encouraged to suggest any improvement to processes and procedures in place to prevent accidents that may lead to personal injury or property damage. To this end the company seeks a minimum of 10 projects per year stemming from the GOSAG committee to improve each department’s injury and property damage performance by 50% year on year.
  10. Company shall continually improve Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management Systems activities to maximize benefits for all stakeholders, customers and employees.
