Passenger Service Agent

Responsibilities
• Perform check-in procedure for BFS customer airlines, including baggage check for both domestic and international flights
• Prepare flight documents
• Provide flight information for passengers
• Maintain safety and security procedures and standard of both BFS and customer airlines

Qualifications
• Male or Female, Age 22-30 years old (For male must pass military service)
• Experience in airlines or airport handling is a plus and also welcome Fresh Graduate
• Good English Communication skill. Additional language would be an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge
• Able to work on shift pattern

Premium Service Agent

Responsibilities
• To provide Premium Service to VIP Passenger, including Arrival, Departure and additional Service according to passenger requirement, to regularly keep Premium Service record, work order in line with customer airlines’ requirements and delivering BFS Excellent Service Qualities.

Qualifications
• Female, Age 22-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience in airlines or airport handling is a plus and also welcome Fresh Graduate
• Good English Communication skill. Additional language would be an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge
• Able to work on shift pattern

Baggage Service Agent

Responsibilities
• Check telex to prepare delivery service for expected coming rushed bags and meet the expected missing bags passenger on the arrival
• Contact passenger to confirm address and coordinate with delivery baggage service company to make the delivery arrangement
• Keep inform passengers to update the progress of repair of damaged baggage
• Appointed baggage company for repairing of damaged baggage

Qualifications
• Male or Female, Age 22-30 years old (For male must pass military service)
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Good English Communication skill (550 TOEIC score or higher is preferred) Additional language would be an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge
• Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill, and service mind
• Able to work on shift pattern

Passenger Service Lead Agent

Responsibilities
• To perform and lead day to day assigned function and contribute to ensure that overall passenger service operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Perform day to day assigned function such as well back office administrative duties
• Responsible for assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries and provide connection flight information and direction assistance
• Perform boarding and gate duties, assist and provide information to passengers, making announcements, playing a vital role by conducting security checks at gate per established regulations and procedure

Qualifications
• Age 25-32 years old with Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in airline or airport
• Fluent in English communication skill (650 TOEIC score or higher is preferred)
• Some additional language and computer knowledge such as MS Office, e-mail, Power-point is an advantage
• Strong experience on airport and airline operation.
• Training Background of Airline Check-in System Skill is required

Passenger Service Lead Agent (Ticketing)

Responsibilities
• Ensure ticketing policies and procedures are corerctly implemented
• Perform seat booking requested,issuing and re-issuing of tickets,re-validation ticket,fare calculation and etc.

Qualifications
• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 years up working experience in airline ticketing and reservation
• Able to work in shift pattern
• Good command in English

Porter
