Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co., Ltd. Received the Awards of “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2018” and “Innovative Service Excellence 2018”.

On 28th September 2018, Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co.,Ltd. (BFS Ground) was selected as one of the winners to receive the awards of “Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2018” (SSE) as below.

1.       “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2018” – Recognized for the contribution of operational improvement in overall corporate performance as well as considerable investment in new and additional ramp equipment.

2.       “Innovative Service Excellence 2018” – Recognized for the development of in-house Information Technology (BFS Apps) and the application of lithium battery in electric luggage transport.

3.       “Staff Service Excellence Award (Bronze Medal)” Mr. Virul Yuenyong, Porter, recognized for his excellent individual performance.

BFS, represented by Mr. Robert Ruesz, General Manager Sales and Ground Services and Ms. Rungtiwa Senawong, Director – Government Relations, received awards from Mr. Nitinai Sirismatthakarn, President & Director at Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd.

The awards aimed to honor both the front line staff and the organizations that have delivered exceptional customer service and outstanding performance as well as contribution to the continuous improvement of the service standard at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
