On 27th September 2019, Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co.,Ltd. (BFS Ground) was selected as one of the winners to receive the awards of “Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2019” (SSE) as below.

  1. “Excellence Service Improvement Awards” – Recognized for the development of BFS Maintenance Mobile Workshop, Wheelchair Management System and In – House Mobile Application BFS Connect.
  2. “Staff Service Model Award” (Gold Medal)” – Ms. Sunisa Pit-laengam, Baggage Service Lead Agent.
  3. “Staff Service Excellence Award (Bronze Medal)” Mr. Supakorn Pratumkul, Passenger Service Duty Manager.

BFS, represented by Mr. Robert Ruesz, General Manager Sales and Ground Services, received awards from Wing Commander Suthirawat Suwanawat, General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The awards aimed to honor both the front line staff and the organizations that have delivered exceptional customer service and outstanding performance as well as contribution to the continuous improvement of the service standard at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
